| Description: Provide emergency care and transportation for ill and injured persons. Perform rescue/extrications. �Safety� foremost priority with patient care. Perform within the knowledge and skills limitations set forth by state EMS to continue their knowledge and skills thru periodic training. Cover calls during your scheduled shift. Work in extreme weather conditions and in stressful conditions. Additional duties will be broad in nature and be throughout the departments of the hospital.
