Medical Staff
Chad Horrocks, M.D. is a board-certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Horrocks completed his Pre-Med at University of Utah in 1992 and earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah in 1999. Dr. Horrocks joined Teton Valley Health Care in 1999.
Dr. Horrocks provides the full spectrum of family medicine, including obstetrics, pediatrics, dermatology, and complex adult internal medicine. He enjoys getting to know families in our community and caring for the health needs from birth to the end of life. Dr. Horrocks sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic and works as a hospitalist at Teton Valley Hospital.

Elisabeth Gammelin, PA-C has worked for Teton Valley Health Care as a Physician's Assistant since 2003. Gammelin majored in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine for her Bachelors Degree at Colorado State University in Fort Collins in 1995 and received her PA in 2003 from University of New England in Portland, Maine. She sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic.

Kristen Coburn, C-FNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Kristen worked as a Registered Nurse at Teton Valley Hospital for 14 years in obstetrics, operating room, and emergency room. Kristen was born and raised in Teton Valley. Coburn received her Bachelors of Nursing at Brigham Young University-Idaho. She then went on to complete her Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Utah. She sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic.

Dave Saurman, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Dave earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of Vermont in 1986. He received his PA certificate from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 1998. Dave has worked in Family Practice, surgery and urgent care and previously as an EMT-Intermediate for 10 years in Jackson. He has lived in the Teton area for over 22 years. He is also involved with the Free Clinic in Jackson and works part-time on the ski patrol at Jackson Hole Mountain resort. He sees patients at the Driggs Clinic and the hospital Emergency Department.

Deborah Nemetz, ACNP is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Debi graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where she specialized in neuro-trauma, critical care, and emergency medicine. She is an active member of the Medical Reserve Corp. and FEMA's National Disaster Medical System. She currently works in the Emergency Department and as a hospitalist for Teton Valley Hospital and sees patients in the Driggs Clinic.

Eric Johnson, M.D. is a Board Certified physician who oversees the Emergency Department at Teton Valley Hospital. Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis in 1984 and completed his internship and residency in Boise in 1985. He has practiced at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Boise and at St. Luke's Meridian Medical Center in Meridian. He is an expert in wilderness medicine and currently serves as the President of the Wilderness Medicine Society. Dr. Johnson is affiliated with the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine and serves as a board member for the Himalayan Rescue Association - USA.

Maurice (Mo) Brown, M.D. is a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who serves as Teton Valley Health Care's Chief of Orthopaedics and the Chief of Staff for Teton Valley Hospital. He graduated from Sugar-Salem High School, earned his BS in Zoology at the University of Utah, then moved on to George Washington University Medical School to receive his degree as Doctor of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Brown came to Teton Valley Health Care from St. Joseph Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He also maintained a solo practice in Polson, Montana, and served as Chief of Staff at St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Brown specializes in sports medicine, as well as foot and hand surgery. He sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic and provides orthopaedic surgery at Teton Valley Hospital.

Kathy Horn is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who oversees the operation of the Anesthesia Department. A 1995 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, Kathy was the recipient of the Agatha Hodgin's award as the top academic/clinical anesthesia graduate of her class. An Air Force veteran, Kathy retired from active duty service in the rank of Lt Colonel in 2004. She then worked at the University of Utah Hospital until 2007 before joining Teton Valley Hospital.
