Chad Horrocks, M.D.
Chad Horrocks, M.D. is a board-certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Horrocks completed his Pre-Med at University of Utah in 1992 and earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah in 1999. Dr. Horrocks joined Teton Valley Health Care in 1999.
Dr. Horrocks provides the full spectrum of family medicine, including pediatrics, dermatology, and complex adult internal medicine. He enjoys getting to know families in our community and caring for their health needs through all stages of life. Dr. Horrocks sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic and works as a hospitalist at Teton Valley Hospital.
Nathan B. Levanger, D.O.
Nathan Levanger D.O. is board-certified with the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Dr. Levanger completed his B.S. Degree in Psychology at Brigham Young University. He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathy from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
Dr. Levanger specializes in family medicine. Similar to an M.D., a D.O. uses the same tools, treatments and technologies. D.O.s also must complete four years of medical education and 3 - 7 years in a residency program. D.O.s receive additional training in the musculoskeletal system to aid them in their "whole person" approach to healthcare. D.O.s may also perform osteopathic manipulations, similar to chiropractic doctors.
Dr. Levanger is available to help patients at Driggs Health Clinic. He also serves as a hospitalist at Teton Valley Hospital and is Director of the Emergency Department.
Kristen Coburn, Family Nurse Practitioner
Kristen Coburn, C-FNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Kristen worked as a Registered Nurse at Teton Valley Hospital for 14 years in obstetrics, operating room, and emergency room. Kristen was born and raised in Teton Valley. Coburn received her Bachelors of Nursing at Brigham Young University-Idaho. She then went on to complete her Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Utah. She sees patients at both Driggs Health Clinic and Victor Health Clinic.
Dave Saurman, Physician Assistant-Certified
Dave Saurman, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Dave earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of Vermont in 1986. He received his PA certificate from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 1998. Dave has worked in Family Practice, surgery and urgent care and previously as an EMT-Intermediate for 10 years in Jackson. He has lived in the Teton area for over 22 years. He is also involved with the Free Clinic in Jackson and works part-time on the ski patrol at Jackson Hole Mountain resort. He sees patients at the Driggs Clinic and the hospital Emergency Department.
Heather Bagley, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Heather Bagley, PNP served as a Registered Nurse for 12 years. She earned her Master's Degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah in 2009. She specializes in pediatric healthcare for patients 21 years and younger. Heather sees patients in the Driggs and Victor Health Clinics.
Anne O'Malley-Neuhaus, Family Nurse Practitioner
Anne O'Malley Neuhaus, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Anne received her Bachelors degree in Nursing in 2000 from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho and her Masters in Nursing in 2005 from Wilmington University in Georgetown, Delaware. Anne has worked in critical care, urgent care, internal medicine and family practice. She sees patients at the Victor and Driggs Health Clinics as well as the hospital emergency department.
Tessa Enright, Family Nurse Practitioner
Tessa Enright, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Tessa was born and raised in Jackson, WY. She earned her under graduate degree at Colorado College and her Advanced Practice Nursing Degree at Columbia University. She completed her clinical training through Columbia University Medical Center and Hoboken University Medical Center. She has interests in wilderness medicine and family practice and works at the Driggs Health Clinic and Victor Health Clinic. She also provides emergency medical care for Teton Valley Hospital.
Anna Gunderson, Physician Assistant-Certified
Anna Gunderson, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Anna earned her Bachelors of Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She received her PA certificate from the Idaho State University. She has lived in Idaho and Wyoming for the past 8 years, and has interests in preventive health care and family medicine. She works at the Driggs and Victor Health Clinic and the Teton Hospital Emergency Services.
Sports Medicine
Maurice (Mo) Brown, M.D.
Maurice (Mo) Brown, M.D. is a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who serves as Teton Valley Health Care's Chief of Orthopaedics and the Chief of Staff for Teton Valley Hospital. He graduated from Sugar-Salem High School, earned his BS in Zoology at the University of Utah, then moved on to George Washington University Medical School to receive his degree as Doctor of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Brown came to Teton Valley Health Care from St. Joseph Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He also maintained a solo practice in Polson, Montana, and served as Chief of Staff at St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Brown specializes in sports medicine, as well as foot and hand surgery. He sees patients at the Driggs Health Clinic and provides orthopaedic surgery at Teton Valley Hospital.
Anesthesia
Taylor Nelson, CRNA
Taylor K. Nelson, CRNA is a certified registered nurse anesthetist and the Director of Anesthesia at Teton Valley Hospital. Taylor was born and raised in Idaho and graduated from Highland High School in Pocatello. He later attended and graduated in 2002 from Florida State University in Tallahassee with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish. After working for three years as a registered nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at University Health Care in Salt Lake City, he attended and graduated in 2008 with a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA) from the Department of Nurse Anesthesia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, still ranked first by U.S. News & World Report in nurse anesthesia.
Since graduating, Taylor worked for Boise Anesthesia, PA at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center as a CRNA before joining Teton Valley Hospital in March of 2012. He also serves as a board member for the Idaho Association of Nurse Anesthetists (IDANA).
Nutrition and Diabetes Education
Maureen Molinari, Registered Dietician
Maureen Molinari, RD provides diabetic education and counseling in addition to nutrition consultations. Maureen is a Registered Dietician. She works in partnership with her patients, their care providers and families to ensure a team approach toward good health. Maureen is available by referral from a physician or other care provider.
High Peaks Physical Therapy
Every great medical team has the support of rehabilitative therapists. High Peaks PT is located onsite at Teton Valley Hospital. Therapists utilize up-to-date techniques and equipment to decrease pain and facilitate healing. For more information, please call 208-354-2383 ext. 120.
